Capabilities

The layer that turns a capable platform into your operating system.

ETZ Logic does not replace PILLARS. It builds on it. Every capability below starts from the platform’s data and ends with something a member, a leader, a support agent, or an executive can act on.

ETZ Logic is the layer that turns a capable platform into a company-specific operating system. It builds on PILLARS; it does not replace it.

Platform and Plan

PILLARS back-office architecture and enhancement

PILLARS provides the foundation: members, orders, genealogy, and the commission engine. ETZ Logic designs the experience on top of it. That includes the widgets and pages members and leaders use every day, a company-owned data layer beside the platform for speed and reliability, per-audience access so each viewer sees exactly what they should, and the engineering standards that keep every tool fast on large teams and accurate on every screen.

Compensation-plan translation and validation

A compensation plan is a promise to the field. ETZ Logic reads it the way the engine reads it: periods, volumes, qualifications, trees, statuses, and exceptions. The plan is written down as testable rules, checked against real engine output, and kept current as the plan evolves, so the engine, the audits, the field tools, and the training all say the same thing.

Commission systems and plan governance

A commission system must serve three audiences at once. Legal and compliance teams need clearly defined requirements and defensible controls. Finance and operations need accurate, auditable payouts. Sales leaders and the field need the plan explained clearly enough to understand what it rewards, what actions matter, and how pay was calculated. ETZ Logic connects those perspectives by translating approved plan requirements into testable engine rules, disciplined commission audits, practical field tools, and clear pay explanations.

Weekly commission runs are where trust is won or lost. Expected results are compared with actual engine output before release, intentional zero-dollar results are separated from genuine misses, exceptions are investigated, and member questions are answered from documented rules rather than guesswork.

Genealogy and organizational intelligence

Placement, sponsorship, movement windows, and volume flow decide what people earn. ETZ Logic makes that structure visible and actionable: placement watch lists, upline and downline views with the right privacy gates, corrections handled with an audit trail, and support policies that say exactly what can be automated and what must escalate to a person.

Field and Leadership

Field-facing progress and performance tools

Members need one clear next action. ETZ Logic designs tools that show where volume needs to go, how a qualification window is tracking, which orders are inside the active volume period and why an older one is not, and what the pay mechanics actually reward. Every number reconciles to the engine, and the interface explains why it is what it is.

Team activity and leader tools

Leaders lose people in the gap between enrollment and launch. A live team activity feed with one-tap, team-attributed follow-up (welcome, congratulate, confirm a launch, intervene on a failed recurring order) turns that gap into a daily habit. Activity becomes coaching data, and coaching becomes visible.

Executive dashboards and operational command centers

Executives and master distributors need the company story in one view: enrollments, rank movement, recurring-order health, volume by week, and watch items, without logging into the admin system. ETZ Logic builds keyed executive views and corporate command panels (inventory, demand, fulfilment) on the same reconciled data the field sees, so no one argues about whose number is right.

Service and Operations

Data integration and reconciliation

A company-owned data layer mirrors the platform, recurring-order events, shipping and tracking, and support, then serves consumer-safe views to every tool. Backfills are reconciled on more than one dimension before they are called done. Drift against the platform is checked continuously. Data-quality problems get found and fixed before they reach a member’s screen.

Customer-service workflows

Support should answer accurately from live data without holding the keys to the kingdom. ETZ Logic designs the read-only, fully audited connection that lets an AI support agent answer a member’s own order, subscription, and account questions; the deterministic escalation rules that send money, safety, security, and identity questions to a person every time; and the transactional order messaging (confirmed, shipped, tracking) with consent handled correctly.

Compliance workflows

ETZ Logic builds compliance review into the release process. Member-facing screens, messages, training, and reporting are evaluated against the company’s approved legal and compliance requirements, including income-claim restrictions, projections, data access, and audience-appropriate language. Decisions and approved standards are documented so they can be applied consistently across the back office.

Reporting and operational visibility

Finance and operations get reports in their own vocabulary: commission KPIs by period and customer type, recurring-order fulfilment, inventory and demand, field activity, and mission or program impact. Monitoring is built in: a heartbeat on every scheduled job, reconciliation sweeps, and one daily brief that says what needs a decision and what is already handled.

Engagement Models

Back-office evaluation

A structured read of what you have: the plan as configured, the platform as used, the tools the field actually opens, where support spends its time, and where numbers disagree. Delivered as a prioritized findings and opportunities report you can act on with or without ETZ Logic.

Back-office redesign

A full design of the member, leader, service, and executive experience around your plan and your operations, with the data layer, standards, and rollout plan to deliver it in phases.

Implementation direction

Ongoing direction of the build: requirements, rules, validation, release gates, field rollout with your leaders, and the audit and monitoring practice that keeps it trustworthy after launch.

Intelligent monitoring, alerts, and usage measurement

Delivered systems do not run on hope. AI-powered monitoring watches synchronization, scheduled processes, data drift, and system health, and raises an alert the moment anything moves outside expected parameters. Privacy-conscious usage metrics show which tools are being used, where users get stuck, and what should be refined next. What ships is validated against the source system and owned by a person who can explain it.

Let’s look at your back office.

A consultation is a working conversation about your plan, your platform, and what your field and your team need next. No pitch deck.
