What this site collects

This site collects only what you type into the consultation form: your name, your company, your work email, and, if you choose to give them, your role, your platform, what you would like to improve, and how you heard about ETZ Logic. Nothing else is collected. There is no account, no login, and no profile.

Why it is collected

The information is used for one purpose: so Matt Shipp can read your request and reply to it. It is not used for advertising, it is not enriched with data from other sources, and it is not added to a marketing list.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics that identify you, no social media pixels, and no third-party fonts or scripts loaded from other companies. Because nothing is stored on your device, there is no cookie banner to accept.

How your message travels

The consultation form prepares an email in your own email application, addressed to [email protected]. The website itself does not receive or store your submission; the message is sent by you and is then stored in the Google Workspace inbox that hosts ETZ Logic’s email.

These providers act on ETZ Logic’s instructions and only to deliver and store your message. ETZ Logic does not sell personal information and does not share it for advertising.

How long it is kept

Consultation requests are kept in the ETZ Logic inbox for as long as the enquiry is relevant to a possible or existing engagement, and are deleted on request.

Your choices

You may ask for a copy of what you sent, ask for a correction, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and the request will be handled within a reasonable period.

Spam protection

The consultation form uses a hidden field to deter automated submissions. No challenge service is active, nothing tracks you across sites, and no profile is built.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
